How does the customer receive his ticket?

In case of an online ordered ticket, the ticket is sent to the customer in pdf-form. The customer has to print this pdf-file himself.
In case of paper ticket sale, the customer receives his ticket at the moment of purchase.
In case of an invitation, the ticket and the invitation are sent per email to the customer.
